バナナを冷凍しておきます

凍ったバナナと牛乳、きな粉、氷を入れミキサーで混ぜ合わせる

Freeze the bananas.

Blend frozen bananas, milk, kinako (roasted soybean flour), and ice in a blender.

甘さが足りない時は蜂蜜を入れてもよいです。

If it's not sweet enough, you can add honey.

きな粉がふわっと香る素朴なお菓子です。

This is a simple confectionary with a light aroma of roasted soybean flour.

水あめを耐熱の容器に入れ､電子レンジ(500w)で1分程加熱し、きな粉をふるいながら入れ、ひとかたまりになるまでよく混ぜ合わせます。

打ち粉用のきな粉をふり、8×16cmの板状にします。

30分程おいて生地が落ち着いたら、包丁で16等分に切り分け、ねじってから冷蔵庫で冷やします。

Place the corn syrup in a heat-resistant container and heat it in a microwave (500W) for about 1 minute. Sift in the kinako (roasted soybean flour) and mix well until it forms a single mass.

Sprinkle with kinako (roasted soybean flour) for dusting, and shape into an 8 x 16 cm sheet.

Let the dough rest for about 30 minutes, then cut it into 16 equal portions with a knife, twist each portion, and chill in the refrigerator.
